Questions parents ask.

Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes — completely free, with no payment and no obligation. It's a real, calibrated SAT-level diagnostic. You'll get a clear breakdown of your student's score against competitive college thresholds, reviewed with a real tutor.
How does the Score Improvement Guarantee work?
On eligible programs (50-hour group and 40+ hour 1-on-1), if your student completes the program — 95% attendance, 90% of homework, and all practice tests — and their official SAT score doesn’t rise at least 50 points over their official baseline, you choose a refund or free additional tutoring until it does. We use official College Board scores (never internal practice tests), so the standard is clear and verifiable. Full terms are reviewed on your call.
Who are the tutors?
Every IvyPath SAT tutor scored in the 99th percentile and studies at an Ivy League or Top 20 university. We match your student to a tutor who fits their goals and learning style.
How much time does my student need to put in?
We typically recommend around two hours a week of focused work alongside sessions, but it's tailored to your student's gap and schedule. The diagnostic tells us exactly where to focus, so no time is wasted.
Is tutoring online or in person?
Both. We tutor in person across NYC and online citywide — whichever works best for your family. You'll choose on your consultation.
How long until we see results?
Most students need six to eight weeks of focused prep to move their score meaningfully. We map the plan to your student's next SAT date so every session counts.
Do you offer support in Mandarin or Chinese?
Yes. We have bilingual support available for families who prefer to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese — just let us know on your consultation.

SAT cohorts are kept to 15 students or fewer, so each student gets real attention. Spots fill on a first-booked basis.
